About the Service:

Delivery Times:

– Standard: 3-5 business days.

– Exceptional cases: 7 business days.

– Delivery times for each product are listed below the product in your shopping cart.

Service Price:

– Delivery (3-5 business days) – €6 (for purchases up to €49 on the website).

– Delivery (3-5 business days) – Free (for purchases over €49 on the website).

Orders placed after the pickup time of 13:00 will be considered as ordered on the next business day, with pickup and delivery adjusted accordingly.

If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, an additional attempt will be made without extra charge, up to a maximum of 2 attempts per customer. After the first delivery attempt, the recipient will receive an SMS notification.

Product Legality:

All products sold on the Happy Garden website are legal in the country from which they are shipped. We cannot provide information regarding the legality of the products in other countries. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the legal status and import and customs regulations in the destination country. By ordering products from the website, you declare that the product ordered is legal in the country to which it will be shipped, and you accept full responsibility for the legality of the product(s) being shipped to you.

Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer upon payment and the shipment of the goods.

Insurance and Liability:

Notification of loss will be accepted up to one week from the date of shipment; notification of damage will be accepted up to 48 hours from the occurrence of the damage. Failure to meet these conditions will void Happy Garden’s responsibility.

The website hereby clarifies that the goods sold through it are intended for personal consumption but only for uses permitted by law. The responsibility for the use of the products, including their compliance with the laws and regulations of the country of import, rests solely with the customer. The customer is required to ensure that the products meet the relevant legal requirements in the country of import and assumes full responsibility for their compliance with these conditions
